Asterisk 1.6

Not much more to post, other than the download link.

Changes

You can find the difference between 1.4 and 1.6 here. A good number of the 80+ patches that SwitchVox created for their product are now kreeping back into Asterisk. Early testing of Asterisk 1.6 using hash tables shows a SIP performance increase compared to 1.4 of factor 3 to 4 (seemnigly planned for Asterisk 1.6.1).
