auth is a generic module that provides common API needed by all other OpenSER authentication related modules (so called authentication backends): auth_db, auth_radius and auth_diameter.

It exports functions to send authentication challenges: www_challenge() for registrations and proxy_challenge() for calls; and for RPID management.
