When on a call, and you select a new outgoing line, the system places the original call on hold and you receive dial tone.

Hello! Can you tell me what soft should I using for testing quality of VoIP destinations? We are using IXC softswitch and manually changing tariff rulesets but this is no comfortable... Is there any software to automatically making a calls and creating technical reports about each selected destinations? Thanks.
