Download the three ZIP files at NANPA for West, Central and Eastern time zones. These archives contain a single Excel file with limited LERG data, also referred to as Central Office data, starting on row 4 of every sheet starting from sheet 2. Be sure to download only these three ZIP files, not any of the "in use" or "available" zip data available at the top of the page.

Use the attached VBScript to create a .SQL file based on all three Excel files so you can run the script within the context of your mysql database. The script drops and recreates the table like a good script should.
